I'd like to support you on your healing journey.
I specialise in working with children, young people, and adults. I provide support for a wide range of issues including anxiety, stress, depression, self-esteem, trauma, grief, anger management and suicidal ideation.
I offer face-to-face and online counselling for adults, children, and young people.
